The silver level of mentor coaching is designed for coaches who want to review a recording live with Matthew and schedule quickly. This option is best suited for coaches who prefer feedback in real time rather than receiving a written report before or after the session. Simply bring your recording, review it together, take notes during the conversation, and leave with clear feedback. The session moves naturally through the recording, focusing on whatever emerges as most useful in the time available.

How does silver mentor coaching work?

• Schedule a 60-minute mentor coaching session at a time that works for you based on Matthew’s availability.
• Before the session, prepare a recorded coaching session and a clean transcript. You may upload and share the transcript with Matthew through RaeNotes if you wish.
  
• During the session, you and Matthew will listen to segments of the recording or review the transcript together by screen sharing. The conversation will focus on real-time feedback and discussion of what stands out in your coaching.
  
• You are encouraged to take notes throughout the session. The session will be recorded. You are welcome to use an AI note-taking tool if you prefer.
  
• Matthew does not review the recording in advance and does not provide written feedback before or after the session.

Timeline

The following timelines begin upon purchase.

• 1 session = one (1) calendar month to complete the hour.
• 2 sessions = two (2) calendar months to complete the sessions
• 3 sessions = three (3) calendar months to complete the sessions.
• 5 sessions = five (5) calendar months to complete the sessions.
• 10 sessions = ten (10) calendar months to complete the sessions.

Limitations: Please bring only one recording per session at a time.
