The Mentor Group/Practicum meets for 90 minutes on the first 4 Wednesdays each month at 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM (New York/Toronto time). Reserve NOW for a spot! Join for one month at a time. Limited to 10 participants for individualized attention. (Long waiting list)
Each session qualifies for 1.5 hours in one of three categories: CCE Core Competency hours, group mentor coaching, or supervision. In other words, each month gives you 6 hours you can apply toward your initial credential application or renewal. We meet on Zoom and keep cameras off (no video) so we can focus fully on listening. Plus, it's nice to take a break from having video calls all the time!

- SHARES – Who has something to share with the group? This can be anything at all, related or unrelated to coaching.
- QUESTIONS – Who has a coaching question? These should relate to coaching and can include working through a client scenario, exploring “what if” situations and how to respond, improving a specific skill, or anything else that helps you grow as a coach.
- COACHING – Who would like to be our client? The Mentor Coach will invite the client to share their topic, and then we will coach that person together in a way that engages the full group.
